Puntas are the high-ABV “heads” of the distillation run, the first cut which comes off the still (and in other spirit categories, typically cannot be consumed safely). There is a growing array of puntas available on the market, but we’ve never seen anything like this. A unique micro-batch blend, super concentrated past 120-proof, and distilled from three incredibly uncommon agave: Coyote (the wild hybrid of A. karwinskii and A. potatorum, or Madrecuishe and Tobala) mixed with massive and ancient Tepeztate, and the increasingly rare maguey Blanco (a distinctive subspecies of A. americana). This gem is sure to excite and inspire, and it will not be repeated.
