- 100% Glera from the Rive (steep hillside) of Santo Stefano within Valdobbiadene
- 0.97 hectare vineyard with average altitude of 250m above sea level composed of marly and calcareous soils dating back to the Tortonian period of the Miocene
- 40 year old vines
- Soft pressing of the grapes with alcoholic fermentation in stainless steel tank at around 16-18°C for around 15 day with subsequent rest on the lees for 4 months followed by filtration
- Secondary fermentation takes place in a small stainless steel autoclave with bâtonnage for over 8 months before bottling
- Approximately 12,580 bottles production per year
