"The 2018 Primitivo Settimo Ceppo Cosimo Taurino lifts from the glass with a refined bouquet, showing dried black cherries, dusty rose and clove nuances. It,s soft and round on the palate with juicy acidity that enlivens its red and blue fruits. Sour citrus adds contrast toward the close. This finishes potent, long and fresh. Plum and tangerine notes gradually fade. The Settimo Ceppo is impressive, to say the least, and in perfect harmony."
