• A nose of tapioca and dehydrated lemon leads to cinnamon and coriander on the palate, with notes of lovage, strawberry seeds, and vanilla

• Non-chill filtered; 45.4% ABV

Since production laws for Peruvian pisco stipulate no barrel aging, this distillate has been labeled as an Andean brandy, and while its time spent in Peruvian whiskey barrels imparts compelling baking spice and culinary notes, its exceptional Quebranta pisco character shines through with soft, vinous character, creating an elegant and curious dram.
