"The 2021 Pinot Noir Rosemary's Vineyard is a classy, elegant wine. Bright red-toned fruit, cinnamon, dried leaves, tobacco and orange peel are beautifully lifted. Translucent and super-expressive, with tons of energy, the 2021 is absolutely compelling. It's a terrific wine from Brian Talley."

"Enticing red cherry and pomegranate aromas gain depth from the fennel pollen and crushed thyme elements on the nose of this single-vineyard expression. The palate is tense and snappy with bright acidity, as raspberry flavors meet with wild mint and light tarragon."

"The 2021 Pinot Noir Rosemary's Vineyard is a step up and has a beautiful nose of ripe framboise, spring flowers, black tea, and leather. As with all of the Pinot Noirs here, it plays in the medium-bodied, elegant (at times mid-weight) style of the estate, but the balance is spot on, it has beautiful tannins, and a great finish. This incredibly seductive, elegant 2021 will evolve for at least a decade."

"Warm with scents of jasmine petals and creosote, this is tense and dark in its black-cherry, dark plum and black-soil flavors. It,s velvety and deep, a comforting, earthy red for braised duck. ‡P.J.C."

"Lastly, the 2022 Pinot Noir Rosemary's Vineyard is the most mineral-laced and savory, with savory raspberries, dried strawberries, crushed stone, and floral, spicy aromas and flavors. Brought up in 39% new barrels, it's medium to full-bodied, has a pure, graceful texture, ripe tannins, and a great finish. It will benefit from just a year in bottle and drink beautifully for a decade."

"Especially smooth, rounded and melted in texture, this gorgeous wine is steeped in ripe red and black fruit on a full body. Great choice when you want a luxurious, mouth-filling wine that remains well-balanced by good acidity and moderate tannins. Keeps opening up in the glass, making you want to keep sipping. Made from the Wadenswill clone. Sustainable. Drink now or hold."

"Rich aromas of toasted nuts and woodspice pair with baked plum and light game on the nose of this single-vineyard expression. The palate shows a slightly gamy touch as well, with flavors of sagebrush, berry and plum rising into a peppery finish. — Matt Kettmann"

"The 2022 Pinot Noir Rosemary's Vineyard is a deep, beguiling wine. Black cherry, clove, tobacco, dried herbs and lavender add to an impression of somber intensity. This dark, brooding Pinot has plenty to offer. I especially admire its textural density and overall persistence."

"The 2022 Pinot Noir Rosemary's Vineyard is the most aromatically developed Pinot Noir of the range, showing vibrant, polished red fruit aromas framed with judicious new oak and lifted top notes of dried herbs. Similarly, the texture is a beautiful combination of alluring, tensile and agile, displaying solid precision and clarity through the medium-bodied palate. The finish is direct and structured, showing a framing of chewy, new-oak tannin that could use a year or so to integrate."

"Light ruby with garnet highlights. Smells of raspberry and dried herbs. Silky flavours of raspberry, redcurrant, sour cherry and dried herbs have fantastically bright acidity and lightly grippy tannins. Dried herbs and citrus peel linger in the finish. (AY) 13.7%"
