Practicing Organic • 100% Pinot Noir • Mt Pajaro Vineyard (Santa Cruz Mountains AVA) • Vines are Rhys Selection Massale Pinot Noir. The Elevation is 717′-980′ • The Soil is brown and black shale and sandstone • Hand-harvested • Native yeast fermentation • Grapes go through a 5 day cold soak before fermentation. Grapes are foot trodden during fermentation • Aged 18 months in 25% new French oak, for 15 months, the wine is aged on it’s lees • 13.6% ABV
