"The 2021 Pinot Noir La Encantada Vineyard is scented of cranberry sauce and raspberry preserves with nuances of peppercorn, charcuterie, earth and floral perfume. The medium-bodied palate is chalky and fresh with crunchy, bitters-laced fruit and a long, mineral-driven finish. It unfurls dramatically with time in the glass and will benefit from 3-5 years in bottle."
