"Aromas of balsamic, spice, plum and dried strawberry. Medium to full body with round and fine tannins showing polish and energy. Salty. Savory and subtle fruit. 7.6 hectares. Very high calcium-based soils. From biodynamically grown grapes with Demeter certification. Screw cap."

"The 2022 Pinot Noir Cornish Point is an elegant, stylish wine with precision and poise. It tickles the nose with its fragrance, almost dancing up your nostrils, bringing woody green herbs to your olfactory. Christmas spices and fruit cake aromas appear alongside fresh cherries and plums. It is shy of medium-bodied and isn't showy, offering a more delicate, light-on-its-feet style than other Pinot Noirs from the Felton Road stable. The wine ends with a gentle lift, reminiscent of a conductor lifting his baton and instructing the orchestra to end the quiet final note. The finish is fragrant and pure fruited."

"The 2022 Cornish Point Pinot Noir is incredibly fragrant, with dried lavender and sandalwood, cherry, raspberry pip and cocoa. In the mouth, the wine is full-bodied and supple, with layers of tannin and spice. Through the finish, the wine tightens up and flows across the palate for a precise, spooling close. Exciting wine, I like the undulation of texture in the mouth. 14% alcohol, sealed under screw cap."

"Pale crimson. Savoury and floral. Very pretty aromas, with a Morey-St-Denis flair. Elegant, fine tannins and plenty of bright acidity. It's delicate and pure, with a long, perfumed finish. Integration of oak, acidity and pure red fruit is spot-on. (FG)"

"The 2021 Cornish Point Pinot Noir leads with poached strawberries, pink peppercorns, sweet roasted meats and black tea, with a hint of sarsaparilla around the finish. In the mouth, the wine is succulent and fresh. The intensity of savory characters introduced by the aromas serves only to feather the edges of the core of fruit in the mouth, while the tannins wrap right around it. Ductile and pliable. Lovely wine. Impressive. 14% alcohol, sealed under screw cap."
