"The 2021 Grauer Burgunder MUS is from the Musbrugger parcel, where the Pinot Gris vines are roughly 50 years old. The color is as intense as the bouquet that is deep, complex and characterized by crushed limestone aromas, whereas the fruit is perfectly dense but discreet. Full-bodied, intense and textural, with energetic mineral acidity, this is a pure, tight, saline and persistently complex Pinot with great expression and length. This is an adorable Pinot Gris from a great terroir. 12.5% stated alcohol. Natural cork stopper. Tasted at the domaine in February 2024."
