"The 2022 Pinot Blanc Schützen am Gebirge Ried Seeberg was grown on Leithakalk only. This vintage exceptionally contains 10% of fruit from young vines from Ried Goldberg, which is on schist. It was made in stainless steel after spending a day on skins, then pressed and fermented fairly turbid with indigenous yeast. There still is a crackle of reduction on the nose and gentle lemon juiciness hovers. Riper fruit is only suggested in the distance. The palate is totally fine-boned, with chalky structure and depth. The 2022 is elegant and suave, and it is not about fruit. (Bone-dry)"

"The 2023 Pinot Blanc Schützen Ried Seeberg is picked in an elevated site of Leitha limestone at 220 meters. The nose is all smooth, salty yeast and beautiful lemon aromas. The palate is bedded on this salty, almost savory yeast and lemon brightness on a slender, mellow body."
