• 100% Verdelho sourced from the winery’s oldest vines at the Atlantic’s edge
• Painstaking manual viticulture on pure basalt
• Gentle pressing followed by fermentation in temperature-controlled stainless
• Primary alcoholic suspended at about 65 g/L residual sugar with the addition of nuetral grape spirit
• Aged in used French oak casks for varying durations (the final cuvée is a blend of licorosos from various vintages with a minimum age of 10 years)
• 17.5% ABV
