  • Vines planted to calcareous, sandy marl soils at 300 meters above sea level
  • Fruit is picked and then placed in the cellar for drying 
  • Alcoholic and malolactic fermentation n French oak barrels, followed by at least 86 months of aging
  • Bottle-aged for 3 months
  • First vintage in 1998
  • Average annual production: 2,000 bottles
