"The 2022 Pa¡s-Moscatel Agreste is a 90-10% blend from Almahue, Cachapoal, and was aged in oak barrels. Light ruby red in the glass. The fruity nose contains hints of damp earth, leafy notes and sour cherry liqueur couched against a subtle Muscat backdrop. Light but indulgent in the mouth, Pa¡s's coarse tannins sculpt the easygoing flow precisely. This is an unusually light red inspired by Maule region, albeit in a riper manner."

"I initially found the 2021 Agreste too wild (agreste means wild in the Spanish language) with earthy notes, hints of ink and tempera paint, licorice and meat intermixed with the floral qualities that emerge with time in the glass. The dryness in the palate confirmed the idea I got from the nose, rustic and with dry tannins. There's a bit of a question mark, if you're too sensitive to this kind of profile. "
