Schneider Norheimer Kirschheck Riesling Spätlese
Schneider Norheimer Kirschheck Riesling Spätlese
The oldest recorded vineyards of the Nahe are located in this part of Norheim. Kirsche means “cherry”, so the old name of the site suggests that wild cherries grew among the vineyards. The soils of the purely south-facing site are composed largely of grey slate, mixed with sandstone.

"What a beautiful nose of ripe white peach and blossom aromas this excellent riesling Spatlese has! Super-bright and clean this has a staggering freshness and helps carry the imposing concentration. Very long and very animating acidity. Drink or hold. Screw cap."
