"Gigantically refreshing! Very cool and tense with white peach and grapefruit aromas, but also a staggering freshness on the light-bodied palate. The racy, wet stone finish could wake the dead! Needs a bit more time to open up, but excellent aging potential. Drink or hold. Screw cap."

"The 2023 Riesling Niederhäuser Klamm Kabinett is picked in the lower and upper reaches of the site. Gentle reduction still sways on the nose. However, the palate is wonderfully juicy and lithe. This dances with lemon and brightness, twirling with its fruit on stoniness. It is wonderfully restrained in its sweetness, with just 31 g/L of residual sugar and an exquisite 9.6 g/L of acidity. The 2023 is an emblematic Kabinett. (Off-dry)"
