- 100% Nebbiolo harvested mainly from the Starderi vineyard, along with a few other select parcels in Neive
- Vines are between 19-22 years old and planted to blue tinted calcareous marl and clay
- Harvested in the middle of October
- Fermentation in rotofermenters for 11 days on average
- Malolactic fermentation in used (2nd and 3rd passage) French oak barriques, followed by 12 months of aging in barrel
- 2,000 cases produced annually
