"There,s a great sense of place in this village wine, 100% Garnacha from San Mart¡n de Unx. Grown at 500m in poor calcareous soils, this expresses the wild herb and garrigue character typical of the area. Great intensity and quite robust but tannins are ripe, and pretty strawberry fruit brings a certain elegance. A wine with lots of personality."

"#56 Top 100 Wines of Spain 2023: Oyster shells, mussels, ripe strawberries and cherries. Some Mediterranean spices, too. Really flavorful and juicy on the palate with very abundant and silky tannins. Long, fruit-oriented finish. Lots of vibrancy! Drink now."

"The 2019 Pasos de San Mart¡n was produced with Garnacha from the cooler zone of San Mart¡n de Unx in Navarra where they have 11 hectares of 40-year-old vines on a southeast exposure where the soils are rich in limestone and silt. It's ripe, reflecting the warm and dry year, hitting the scale at 14.7% alcohol but keeping a low-ish pH of 3.42. It's an aromatic and expressive Garnacha with elegance, floral notes and hints of ripe fruit. It's fine-boned and has elegant tannins that make it easy to drink. It was filled into 12,000 bottles after nine months in 500-liter barrels."
