"The NV Brut Tradition is a light-bodied but well-concentrated sparkling Chenin Blanc. It's a firm, well-balanced style with just 4g/l of residual sugar, lending a serious, vinous character to the wine. Sweet, ripe fruit reminiscent of apple and pear combine with autolysis-derived pastry characters (3 years on lees). The bubbles are very well integrated."

"A rich, decadent sparkler, with a beautiful array of warm apple and lemon meringue expertly lined with seashell minerality and salty brine. The creamy palate is mouthfilling and veers just off-dry, enlivened by a zing of orange peel acidity and crushed stone. Expressive and balanced, with buttery brioche ringing on the full finish. Drink now through 2028. From France.—K.B."
