• Limited release small batch bourbon finished in Mizunara oak casks produced by Starlight Distillery in Starlight, Indiana
• Blend of mash bills including a 3-grain mash bill of 60% corn, 20% rye, 20% malted barley and a 4-grain mash bill of 51% corn, 20% rye, 20% malted barley, 9% wheat
• Produced using estate-grown, non-GMO corn, rye, and wheat; the malted barley is locally sourced
• 7-day closed-top, sweet mash fermentation in stainless steel
• Twice distilled in a Vendome brass and copper pot still
• Aged 7 years in charred American oak barrels and finished in Mizunara barrels; non-age statement
• Aromas of sweet French vanilla and baking spice precede a harmonious mix of sandalwood and coconut
• Double Gold medalist at the 2024 San Francisco World Spirits Competition
• Non-chill filtered; bottled at a cask strength of 58% ABV

This limited release, small-batch blend of just eight barrels sees Starlight Distillery’s Carl T. Bourbon aged seven years in new charred American white oak before it’s finished in Mizunara casks made from 200–500-year-old Mizunara oak grown in Hokkaido, Japan.
