"The 2012 Pas Dosé Alta Langa Cuvèe Novecento is understated with a delicate blend of sweet smoke and dried peaches complicated by gingery spice. This soothes with a subtle bead of fine bubbles as suggestions of crisp green apple add a crunchy sensation toward the close. It finishes with decent length and a citrus tinge, leaving pretty inner florals to resonate."
