Review:
“The 2015 Terroir Único Malbec is produced with the fruit from eight- to 12-year-old vines on sandy and stony-limestone soils at 1,350 meters altitude. The destemmed grapes fermented in cement vats with indigenous yeasts and was kept in those vats between five and ten months until bottling, as there are four bottling lots. The nose is very fruit-driven and mixes berries with a hint of pollen and honey, giving it an accessible and easy to understand profile. The palate is juicy, with cherry flavors and almost unnoticeable tannins. It ends dry, with seriousness. 100,000 bottles produced.”
