- Cooked in a conical earthen oven and milled by hand
- Fermented in food grade plastic tubs with spring water
- Distilled twice using stainless steel pot still
- Bold aromatics of tangerine and lime peel, cinnamon & clove—zesty, spicy, and refreshing! It’s that rare mezcal that could fit in just as well at a tiki bar as mezcaleria.
