• Made using 100% organic lavender
• Dried lavender is combined with corn-based neutral grain spirit, and deionized, UV-filtered water
• Lightly sweetened and texturally balanced using organic cane sugar before bottling

King Floyd’s lavender bitters provide lifting florality to cocktails such as Martinis and Spritzes as well as  sours like Gimlets and Pink Ladies. Try adding 2–3 dashes to an Aviation in place of the Crème de Violette for a less polarizing but instantly familiar riff on the classic.
