Tasting Notes
A match made in heaven?! A rare coupling of two of our favorite species from Real Minero—Largo (a long and slender Agave karwinskii, similar to Tobasiche or Cirial) and Becuela (Agave marmorata, elsewhere commonly known as Tepextate). This tiny microbatch (only 72 bottles produced) is also a Skurnik exclusive! Co-fermented with masterful balance and distilled to proof at 48.8% ABV, both species shine through with clear and classical definition. Aromatics full of black & bell pepper, fresh cut grass, herbs de Provence and dried basil, with a high, subtle floral note, the palate brings soft caramel, chickpea, raspberry seeds, and a touch of vanilla yogurt. A truly remarkable experience.
