Distilled by Assistant Distiller, Byeongsu Kim, Jung One—which appropriately translates to garden in Korean—is a powerful showcase of the flavors that characterize Korean food and terroir. 11 botanicals define the profile of this singular gin including juniper, coriander, cardamom, cinnamon, lemon & orange peel, pine needle, lavender, chopi (Korean sansho peppercorn), baby ginseng, and perilla leaf. Many of the botanicals are locally and sustainably sourced, and the pine needles are hand foraged from the trees surrounding the distillery.
