"The 2019 Jaspis Spätburgunder Bürgin is deep, intense and generous but elegant and refined on the nose that delivers deep and ripe cherry and dark berry aromas along with spicy terroir notes. Tight and astringent on the palate, this is a straight and drying Pinot with less textual charm but lots of tension. 13% stated alcohol. Premium natural cork. Tasted at the domaine in February 2024."
