"Using Raasay's signature six-cask recipe, the nose is bursting with citrus, apricot, honey, fir peatiness, and hints of cinnamon and ginger. Delicate sherry notes on first sip, with black currant, butterscotch, ginger root, and creamy vanilla mingling with salty peat smoke, milk chocolate, and fruity layers. Takes water well, but it's superb as a high-proof sip when consumed exactly as the distiller intended."
