• Single cask single malt Scotch whisky produced by Kilchoman Distillery in Islay, Scotland, in collaboration with ImpEx Beverages
• Malted barley peated to 50ppm
• 85–90-hour fermentation
• Twice distilled in Forsyths copper pot stills
• Aged 15 years; aged 12 years in an ex–Oloroso sherry butt and then 3 years in an ex–Oloroso sherry hogshead
• Stewed dark fruit, fresh pastry, and gentle waves of peat smoke precede a palate of nutmeg, dark honey, and tropical fruit with a meaty, smoldering finish of peat and tobacco
• No added coloring
• Non-chill filtered; bottled at a cask strength of 51.8% ABV

The ImpEx Cask Evolution series consists of limited release collaborations with the Kilchoman Distillery that demonstrate the influence of different cask finishes. By double maturing this single malt in a combination of Oloroso sherry butts and then in Oloroso hogsheads, Kilchoman doubles down on the rich sherry influence, seamlessly integrating dry, oxidized fruit and Islay peat smoke. This single cask single malt is a US exclusive with only 298 bottles!
