• Aged over 34 years in a refill sherry hogshead; bottled in October 2022
• Delicate florality on the nose gives way to brown sugar, fresh pastry, dried apricots, and walnuts. The silky palate speaks of dried vanilla custard, dried orange peel, golden raisin, and ripe honeydew with a pleasantly dry finish of toasted walnut and dark chocolate.
