• Blend of two mash bills: a three-grain mash bill of 60% corn, 20% rye, and 20% malted barley and a four-grain mash bill of 51% corn, 20% rye, 20% malted barley, and 9% wheat
• Produced using estate-grown non-GMO corn, rye, and wheat; malted barley is locally sourced
• 7-day closed top, sweet mash fermentation in stainless steel
• Twice distilled in a Vendome brass and copper pot still
• Aged 4 years
• Aromas of bananas foster, ginger, and black cherry transition to a palate punctuated by caramel corn, cinnamon, and vanilla; the high rye content is evident, especially on the finish, providing pleasant herbal spice and red fruit to balance the rich, caramelized sweet corn notes
• 46% ABV
