"Very flinty and lemony, this is a juicy and refreshing Kabinett-style riesling. Light-bodied and light on its feet for a wine from this warm region. Surprising concentration of ripe pear and peach fruit with lemony acidity. Notes of summer meadow. Long, joyful and complex finish. A cuvee of wines from the Bohlig and Konigswingert sites that was wild-fermented. From biodynamically grown grapes. Drink or hold. Screw cap."

"The inaugural 2023 Hommage á Luise opens with a clear, precise and elegant, finely reductive and flinty as well as aromatic bouquet of yellow stone fruits and crushed stones. It's made in the Kabinett style. Lush and round on the palate, this is a light yet fruity, round and juicy, beautifully aromatic Riesling with a stimulating saline and salivating finish. This wine was developed for the Chinese market, but it's already so enormously successful at this early stage that the orders have exploded. 9% stated alcohol. Tasted at the Nobelhart & Schmutzig restaurant in Berlin, February 2024."
