"From a vineyard planted around 1970, the 2021 Jaspis Gutedel 10? is a spectacular wine that opens as pure, fresh and positively reductive as a great Coche-Dury. Light, refined and very elegant on the palate, this is a pure, saline and elegant, remarkably refined, refreshing and spectacularly saline Chasselas with a long, pure and elegant yet not powerful finish with grip and fine tannins. This has great aging potential. It has 10.5% stated alcohol combined with minus-four grams per liter of residual sugar. Tasted at the domaine in February 2024."
