"Supple and spice-driven aromas of wild raspberries, dark cherries, potpourri, graphite and cured meat. The palate is medium-bodied with finely integrated tannins and bright acidity, giving flavors of dried herbs, hibiscus, violets and earth. A wine that balances freshness and earthiness, coming from 100% whole-cluster co-fermentation of 65% grenache, 30% mourvedre and 5% syrah. Drink or hold."

"The 2022 GMS is a blend of 65% Grenache, 25% Mourvèdre and 10% Syrah. Whole clusters were fermented in concrete and puncheon, and it was matured without new wood. It has savory aromas of olive tapenade and game meat over a core of wild berry jam and soaring floral perfume. The medium-bodied palate features concentrated flavors structured by chalky tannins and mouthwatering acidity, and it has a long, spicy finish. I love how this captures both prettiness and rusticity."
