• The vineyard is next to the Perquilauquen River which flows from the Coastal Range East towards
  the Andes
• Alluvial and granitic soils
• Hand harvested
• Fermented with indigenous yeast in open-top fermenters, with hand punch downs
• Aged for 2 years in old barrels from various cooperages
