"Vinosity, the apex. Apricot skin, canned peach, nectarine pulp, tamarind and quince paste. The mid-palate, forceful and thoroughly convincing. This is a fine greco, even in the context of the vintage. Riding a wave of quince paste phenolics as much as the underlying waft of freshness. A hint of dryness, the only proviso. Good drinking, all the same. Drink now."

"The 2022 Greco di Tufo Alexandros is remarkably pretty in the glass. An understated blend of young peach, melon and sweet smoke forms its bouquet. Brisk acidity and mineral tones complicate the ripe orchard fruit as this washes across the palate. The 2022 finishes fresh and with medium length, with lingering candied lime notes."
