• Mash bill of 63% rye, 17% white corn, and 20% malted barley
• Eight botanicals include juniper, coriander, angelica root, star anise, cedar leaf, sumac, fennel, and bay leaf
• Distilled in a Vendome copper column still; botanicals vapor distilled
• Aromas of soft pine, bay leaf, cracked pepper, and berry compote with anise transition to an earthy, woodsy palate of fresh cedar, licorice, and cinnamon with a sweet, spicy finish
• Non-chill filtered; 51% ABV
