• Seasonal dry gin produced by Castle & Key Distillery in Frankfort, KY
• Neutral grain spirit distilled from a mash bill of 63% rye, 20% malted barley, and 17% yellow corn
• 8 botanicals include juniper, earl grey tea, elderberry, lavender, winter green, chamomile, galangal root, and coriander
• First distillation on a 50’ Vendome copper column still, followed by a 600-gallon copper pot still, then finally distilled on a custom Vendome dual-basket gin still
• An elegant, floral nose with complementary notes of blueberry, lemon peel, and honey transitions to a rounded palate highlighting lavender and chamomile with dark berries, currants, lemon, and white pepper
• Non-chill filtered; 47% ABV
