"The 2023 Garnacha hails from Los Chacayes in the Uco Valley and was fifty percent aged in second-use French barrels, while the other half went into concrete eggs. Ruby-red in hue. The fruit-forward nose presents sour cherry and herbs accompanied by spice. The plush and dry palate has a lively energy (from the interaction between the reactive tannins and high-pitched acidity), making it a well-balanced, cleansing red."
