"This has subtle notes of raspberries, geraniums and liqueur. It's juicy and layered with supple tannins, tension and nerve, but also elegant and ethereal. This is mostly garnacha with a touch of macabeo. It comes from an 80-year-old, 2-hectare vineyard planted at 1,030 meters in a site known as Las Frías. Aged for 12 months in foudres. Drink now or hold."

"The pale and ethereal 2022 Supersónico is a surprise that goes beyond the character of the year. It's from an old vineyard (now certified organic) at 1,030 meters in altitude on gray slate soils close to Calatayud, a cold place that delivers wines with great finesse and elegance. It fermented with 100% full clusters in oak vats with indigenous yeasts and had a long maceration, then it matured in oak foudres. It's very tasty, with berries, herbs, even bay leaf, and has tension, fine tannins and a supple, almost salty finish. This plot has some 8% to 10% Macabeo white intermixed with the Garnacha. It has 13.5% alcohol with a pH of 3.45 and 5.55 grams of acidity. 6,918 bottles were filled in July 2024."
