- Primarily Garnacha with smaller complements of Bobal and Royal, from very old organically-farmed vineyards
- Vatting and foot-treading in stone lagares for 10-15 days, followed by de-stemming and transfer to stainless steel
- Spontaneous fermentation with indigenous yeast
- The wine is left to decant in stainless steel over the winter before transferred to used French oak for six months of additional élevage

"The pale red 2022 Lluvia is a varietal Garnacha that has a delicate and floral nose with notes of strawberry and aromatic herbs, a medium-bodied palate with 12.7% alcohol and a balanced mouthfeel. The full clusters were foot trodden in stone lagar, fermented with indigenous yeasts and pressed after 20 days, then the wine was kept in stainless steel until bottling. 3,200 bottles produced. It was bottled in April 2023."
