FOUR, named for its numerical order of release in Forthave’s Single Batch line, celebrates the gentian-forward apéritifs of France in true Brooklyn style by combining imported and local botanicals. Representing nearly four years of research and development, this floral and lightly bitter liqueur highlights Forthave’s dedication to experimenting with ingredients and maceration techniques in order to create inspired one-offs that complement their core line of spirits.
