100% Syrah sourced from Achaia, with 13-19 year old vines in sandy clay loam soil at 2,132 ft (650 m) altitude. It undergoes full malolactic fermentation in barriques, before maturing for 16 months in new-oak barrels, with 5 months sur-lie. After bottling, it ages for another 6 months in the cellar.
