Featuring the same aged and unaged component rums as Ten to One Dark, Five Origin Select is bolstered by an 11–15-year-old Demerara rum distilled in the world’s oldest operating wooden pot still, the legendary Port Mourant still, in Guyana. Best known for its historic use in British Navy rum blends and found throughout the El Dorado range of aged Demerara rums, the Port Mourant still is primarily composed of Greenheart wood—a dense tree indigenous to Guyana.
