Fino Viejo [Saca de Mayo 2024]

This wine is a maximal expression of fino. It has been raised in old American oak casks, well over a decade, substantially longer than normal, underneath ‘flor’, the film of yeasts that simultaneously feeds off, nourishes and protects the wine.
