"The remarkably pretty 2021 Fiano di Avellino Clelia opens with a seductive blend of honeyed florals, exotic spices, freshly sliced peaches and mint. Texturally deep and possessing a pretty inner sweetness, this smooths over the palate with juicy orchard fruits complemented by a hint of candied lime. Its minerality comes through on the finish, as the 2021 tapers off long and staining with a salty flourish and notes of raw almond that linger on and on. Today, the Clelia is wonderfully complex yet built for the cellar."
