Produced from varieties of Irpinia olives: Ravece, Marinese, Ogliarola, and other varieties such as Muraiolo, Leccino and Frantoio
The olives are grown in the Montemarano area in loose clay-limestone soil and cultivated with traditional techniques within the groves to ensure high quality
Harvested by hand in the month of November and immediately taken to the mill. The freshly picked olives are pressed within a few hours of harvesting via cold extraction in small batches.
