• Destilado de agave produced in Miahuatlán, Oaxaca
• Maestro Mezcalero Victor Ramos
• 40% Madrecuixe (A. karwinskii), 20% Espadín (A. angustifolia), 30% Bicuixe (A. karwinskii), 10% Tepextate (A. marmorata)
• Cooked in a conical earthen pit oven
• Crushed using a traditional stone tahona mill
• Fermented in open air cypress vats (tinas)
• Distilled once using a traditional copper pot still with condenser (refrescadera)
• Distilled in November 2023; 150 liters produced
• 46.5% ABV

 Another banger from Marco’s famous tío, Victor Ramos, this ensamble leans hard into the pleasantly nutty and starchy vibes of Miahuatlán’s A. karwinskii varieties, accented with dried herbs and a massive fruit salad. Aromatics lead with walnut skin, dried melon, hard strawberry candies, Cheerwine soft drink, and golden wax beans, followed by flavors of Meyer lemon, fresh linen, cucumber skin, and apricot (including the pit).
