- Cooked in a conical earthen oven
- Milled by hand with axe
- Fermented in a cubical masonry pit with 10–15 liters pulque per batch
- Distilled twice using a hybrid ‘Filipino style’ copper pot and wooden tree trunk still
- Compelling combination of notes including basil leaf, canned pineapple, nopal cactus, blue cheese, green peppercorn, green cardamom, fennel, and diesel/petrol
- 50% ABV (ABV may vary from batch to batch)
