- Distilled twice using a Filipino-style pot still made of copper and oak

- Fresh & earthy with deep mineral notes of brick and wet stone, river moss, dark berries, green tomatoes, warm pretzel and mustard seed, fennel, soft caramel, and a shadow of vanilla bean

Where it all began! Cultivated from seed for 7–8 years then harvested after a further 2 years capón, the Perez family has been distilling Chino maguey for over four generations. Rich and savory yet somehow delicate, this mezcal has a little something for everyone; a true gem in the category.
