"The 2023 Riesling Deidesheim Village hails from the Mäushöhle and Herrgottsacker sites on Triassic sandstone. Subtle wood creaminess on the nose leads to an immensely juicy, tangy palate with rounded ripeness. The light wine shines with the ripest lemon and finishes with immense clarity. (Bone-dry)"

"The 2023 Deidesheim Village Riesling trocken is deep, pure and refined on the nuanced yet also intense nose that reveals coolish sandstone notes intermingled with ripe, intense and slightly flinty fruit. On the palate, this is a full-bodied, rich, intense yet very elegant and fine Riesling with a remarkably long and structured, finely saline, well-balanced yet substantial finish. This is possibly the finest, most stunning and complex Deidesheim Villages I have tasted in many years. 12.5% stated alcohol. Screw-cap closure. Tasted in January 2025."
